WARRALILY Armstrong Creek 1st home under way. Titles have been released for the initial stages at Warralily and Geelong Homes are first on site. Geelong Homes were the first builder on site last Monday 16th for Luke Eglin�s new home in Mistybrook Place, with another 3 to start in the coming weeks, including our new display the Roebuck 2.
With construction time on site of approx. 14-16 weeks weather permitting, Luke should be in his new home by end July early August, a true �Pioneer�! We have more Land in the following stages, so anyone looking to get into Warralily and take advantage of either the First Home Grant and/or be in before Christmas call us now on 5222 5522.

First Home Grant All indicators appear to point to the ending of the First Home Owners Grant come June 30. $26,500 is a large deposit hole to fill. There is still time to utilise the grant and get into your new home, ask us how, but be quick there is only just over 9 weeks left!
