The Geelong Homes office will be closing at 12.00 midday on Thursday 22nd December 2011 and re-opening on Monday 9th January 2012. The displays closed on Sunday 18th December 2011 and will re-open as normal on Saturday 7th January 2012. We wish all our present, past & future clients a safe and happy festive season and look forward to seeing them all in the New Year. Congratulations, as Mr Brian O�Donnell, General Manager accepts the "HIA Western Victoria Project Home Award" from Mr Paul Christie of MB Pre-Fab. Given the strength of the competition we here at Geelong Homes are immensely proud of the achievement. This is a testament to all in our organisation from the innovative design through to the quality of workmanship & finish. The award was for the "Explorer 145" located at 3 Mowbray Drive, Ocean Grove.
The Regional First Home Owners Grant of $26,500 has been extended through to 30 June 2012. In addition stamp duty will progressively be reduced with a lot of new subdivisions coming online in the 2nd half of 2011 & early 2012.
