One of the standout features across the range is the inclusion of raked ceilings to the main living areas. A key focus during the design process was ensuring the homes felt light, spacious and enjoyable to live in, regardless of their size.

A key objective during the design process was ensuring these homes offered genuine street appeal.
To support the new floorplans, we’ve introduced six contemporary façade options. Each has its own distinctive character while sharing common design themes including textured brickwork, striking roof forms, vertical cladding and carefully considered detailing.
The Franklin 114, designed to suit an 8-metre frontage, showcases this approach perfectly. Despite its compact size, the home incorporates a flexible study, a generous central living zone and light-filled spaces created through raked ceilings and highlight windows.

The Franklin 114 is available with either the Eave or Edge façade.
The Eave facade offers a warm and welcoming streetscape, featuring a hip roof, subtle architectural details and playful brickwork.
For those seeking a more contemporary look, the Edge facade introduces an asymmetric gable, statement brick detailing and raked ceilings that echo the roofline inside the home.
Designed for a variety of compact blocks
While the Franklin 114 demonstrates what’s possible on an ultra-compact lot, the Compact Range extends across a variety of small block widths, giving homeowners more choice when selecting a design that suits their land and lifestyle.
For frontages between 8.5 and 9 metres, the Glenmore 118, Redgum 135 and Atherton 155 provide thoughtful options for downsizers, first home buyers and families alike.
For 10-metre frontages, the Warner 125, Kinross 141 and Gambier 143 deliver practical floorplans that make the most of every square metre while maintaining comfortable everyday living.
For wider compact blocks, the Rosedale 176, Moonah 173 and Codrington 140 introduce features such as dedicated studies, central garden voids and wider, shallower floorplans ideal for subdivision opportunities and shorter block depths.
Six new facades, designed to make an impression
The Compact Range is supported by six new architecturally designed facades.
For the Franklin 114, clients can choose between the Eave and Edge facades.
The Eave pairs a hip roof with playful brick detailing and carefully considered architectural features, while the Edge introduces a more contemporary aesthetic through its asymmetric gable, distinctive brickwork and roof form-inspired interiors.
The remainder of the range offers a choice of four facades, each with its own unique personality.
The Haven facade is the standard inclusion, combining a hip roof with a mix of brickwork and cladding for a timeless, versatile look suited to a wide variety of streetscapes.
The Shore facade draws inspiration from coastal architecture, featuring a striking gable, layered materials and detailed brickwork designed to make an impression from the street.
The Crest facade embraces a contemporary coastal character through its skillion roof and bold combination of horizontal brick detailing and feature cladding.
The Axis facade offers a more architectural statement, pairing an asymmetric gable with intricate brick detailing and strong vertical elements to create a memorable street presence.

Inspired by our region
Another distinctive feature of the Compact Range is its curated colour palette.
Four exterior colour schemes, Red, Green, Blue and Neutral, have been carefully developed to complement the architectural style of each façade while drawing inspiration from the landscapes and natural surrounds of Geelong, the Bellarine and the Surf Coast. Featuring rich Australian tones including deep red, ocean blue, eucalypt green and warm neutrals, the palettes are designed to celebrate colour and bring personality to each home.
The colour story extends beyond the façade, with opportunities to carry these tones throughout the home using carefully considered colour blocking and interior selections.
