We check out your block: Once your land is titled, we’ll complete a full property assessment, ordering soil tests, surveys and all the essential reports to get things moving.

Final Working Drawings
Our draftsperson brings your new home to life by preparing the Final Working Drawings, the detailed plans we use to build your new home.

Style Studio Appointment
It’s now time to make this house your home. Our interior designer will guide you through the selection of your internal and external finishes. This experience is a highlight for many clients and a pivotal moment in visualising your new home coming together.

Engineering & Consents
We handle all the necessary engineering approvals and consents to keep your build moving smoothly.

Final Pricing & Contract
Your new home consultant will provide a full overview of your final pricing, including any upgrades you’ve selected.
Once everything’s confirmed, we’ll email your electronic contract for signing.

Construction
You’ll meet your site manager before construction begins, and once your build is underway, you’ll receive weekly updates on every exciting step.
